Sharron Lewis-Burke

Head Coach & Co-Founder

Level 2 Coach & C Umpire

Sharron Lewis-Burke co-founded Aces Netball Club in April 2019, specifically focused on youth development.

With over 25 years of playing and coaching experience Sharron instils confidence, motivation and inspires her athletes to be the best that they can be on and off the court.

Sharron was the Head Coach of the Ladies Nets World Cup 2019 squad and also brings her experience from her role as London Pulse's U19s Head Coach, who won the NPL League in 2020. Sharron is also the Head of Netball at Streatham and Clapham GDST.


Rowena Scott-Fairclough

Level 2 Coach

Rowena Scott-Fairclough co-founded Aces Netball Club in April 2019, alongside Sharron.

Rowena has over 20 years playing experience and has represented England in the Mixed Nets World Cup in 2012, and the Ladies squad in 2015. She sadly missed out on an opportunity in 2019 due to an acute achilles rupture.

Rowena is also the Pathway Performance Manager for the London Pulse and the Head of Performance of the England Men's and Mixed Netball Association.

Louise Rayner

Regional Manager

Level 2 Coach

Louise comes with over 20 years of Netball knowledge with experience coaching and playing at County and Premiership level.

Louise has a keen interest in Netball Strength & Conditioning training and enjoys sharing tactical play ideas with her squad.

Her real passion is helping as many girls onto the Netball Pathway and trying to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity in doing so.

She is delighted to join Aces and can not wait to see the next generation of Netball super stars!
